Returns and Refunds Policy

Due to the personal nature of the products we sell, we strictly cannot offer refunds or returns for any products purchased. Any returns for faulty or defective products should be made within 30 days of purchase by contacting us via email or telephone, or via the website.

Please contact us before returning any items and please be sure to purchase new batteries as this is the cause of the problem in most cases, if a product is found to be working upon return, 4 Play will offer to sent it back to the customer at their expense or it will be disposed of.
